Shipping & Returns
There might be some delay in orders delivery due to the constantly changing restrictions caused by coronavirus pandemic. Our team is working hard to make sure every customer will get the order even if we have to reship them on our cost. We truly appreciate your support and understanding during this difficult time.
Cancellation & Changes
Our cancellation policy lasts 3 hours. If you want to cancel your order for a full refund, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us through the contact form on the site. Always make sure to provide your order number. You will be refunded to your original payment method. Any changes in your order ( as the shipping address etc) can be also done within 3h. After that it's not possible to change anything and order will be processed as was placed.
All orders will take approximately 2-7 business days to process before being shipped. Followed by 3-6 weeks shipping time for USA and 3-7 weeks for other countries. Majority of orders are currently delivered within 35 days for USA but there might be still delay caused by COVID-19 restrictions so we truly appreciate your support and understanding in this difficult time. We will notify you when it has been sent. Kindly note that the delivery time will vary during holidays or limited edition launches.
We do not guarantee shipping time frames. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. There can be unforeseen issues outside of our control like customs holds which can cause 1-3 weeks delay. Because of this, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 90 days from your date of purchase and which are not reshipped for you. We cannot guarantee delivery for specific holidays or special events (like Thanksgiving, Christmas, Independence Day or baby shower).
We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. (Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries).
The customer is responsible for tracking the package all the way and check the updates on provided tracking number so if there are any issues they can be resolved on time before the package will be returned to sender.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at email@example.com within 3 hours from placing an order. If the order is not delivered because the provided address is wrong or incomplete we will reship it for you once you cover the shipping & handling fee. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered by USPS. The customer can open a claim via usps.com in this case.
Return & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days after receiving the product. If 15 days have gone by since you received your products, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be also in the original packaging. Original shipping and handling charges are not refunded and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. You need to contact support via email within 15 days. Please be aware that refund or replacement will be given in the following terms only: received item is damaged or received item is significantly different than described or shown on the site.
The color of the outfit might be a little bit different than shown on the website. Because it can vary due to a different monitor type that kind of issue is not qualified for the refund request.
In case of damaged goods received customer is required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to firstname.lastname@example.org If the case is deemed valid, we will cover the related cost to deliver a replacement.
The customer is required to check the size chart on a product page or sizing guide page. Please keep in mind that babies and kids grow fast so it's always better to choose a size up. We are not responsible for a proper fit however if the customer received the wrong size we will reship a correct one. In this case, customer needs to provide an evidence that received size was not the ordered one.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form or email address.
Shipping your return
Please contact us prior to returning items and obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Include this number on the shipping label. We do not provide return labels. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
