What will my shipping experience be like?

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via our partnering courier companies such as USPS and local postal offices directly from USA, Canadian or Australian warehouse (depends on your location). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your shipping details and a tracking number which you can use to track your order online. Each shipment will be given a unique tracking number and you will be notified via our automated tracking system about an update. 


Where do you ship too? How long does it take?

Delivery times vary according to location, and are estimated as follows:

  • United States | 5-10 business days after processing due to COVID-19 restrictions and delays within USPS network.
  • Australia, Canada | 6-12 days after processing due to COVID-19 restrictions and delays within logistics.
  • Other Countries| please contact our support for more details(We are NOT responsible for any additional border fees.)
Processing Times: Items will ship within 2-7 business days. We do our best to ship as soon as possible and often you will receive your order the earliest possible date. Some styles can be shipped a bit later due to high demand around holidays.
Please Note: All shipping days are based on our business days (Monday - Friday). These are average times & packages can and sometimes may take longer.

Refunds will be given for the following: 

  1.  The item is significantly different from that described 
  2. The item is damaged or has defects 
  3. The item has not arrived within 40 days from placing the order.

For wrong items, we will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment, dependent upon you. For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at - we will replace, refund, or refuse your claim after confirmation.

Refunds will NOT be granted if:

  1. Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing items for reasons not due to our error.
  2. Customer has entered the wrong shipping details when making their order and contacted us after the order's shipping label has been printed.
  3. Picked the wrong size on accident.
  4. Item is too small/big for child. - Sizing charts are for your use, to manually measure your babe for a perfect fit. 
  5. Color is not exactly as on the photo - due to different monitors there might be a slightly different color in reality than you can see online.
  6. Logistic tracking number confirm that the order was delivered 
  7. Just changing your mind.

Return Shipping

We will provide you with return shipping information, please do not send your purchase straight back to the manufacturer. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for the return of your item, unless it is faulty or defective. Shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable.

Please contact with any queries you may have regarding a refund or return.

Late or Missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Second, contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Order Cancellation

All sales are final. Once the order is placed it will be system forwarded to our warehouse for fastest processing. If you do cancel the contract before then you will incur a 30% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by credit card providers. Payments made by you will be refunded within 30 days.
